1. Type test: we have conducted type test coverage for each product produced

2. Strength check: check the strength item by item according to DL / T 5054, GB / T 150, ASME b31.1, B31.3 and B31.8

3. Process control: strictly control the calcination temperature and carry out heat treatment according to the specifications

4. Nondestructive testing: 90% of all pipe fittings shall be subject to magnetic particle or penetration and ultrasonic testing

5. Physical and chemical test: chemical composition, mechanical properties, hardness and gold shall be tested according to the furnace batch number, and 90% of the surface hardness shall be tested

6. Dimension and appearance inspection: 90% of all pipe fittings shall be subject to dimension and appearance inspection

7. PMI detection: 90% of all pipe fittings shall be subject to spectral detection

8. Issue certificate: provide customers with a full set of test reports and certificates
